A website I can manage

The website is much easier to maintain now after they helped get it developed. I appreciated having the domain and mail hosting handled together, and the support felt genuinely attentive rather than scripted. That made the whole setup feel a lot less daunting. REALLY pleased with how it turned out.

A handy control panel

The control panel made managing my SWAT4 server straightforward, and support patiently answered my setup questions. It took a bit longer to start, but performance has been solid.

Very helpfull company

I am glad I found them!

I started using their service for SWAT4. Frag Plus is one of the very few hosting companies that offer managed SWAT4 dedicated server hosting. I have not been playing this game for years so I had to ask a lot of questions by opening a ticket before deciding which version of SWAT4 / which country the server should be. The staff at Frag Plus have been very patient and answered my ticket in a rather efficient manner. Despite the slower start-up time, the performance of the server and the after-sale follow up is excellent. When setting up the server, there were some problems but they helped me quickly solve them. Now the server runs well. Price-wise, it is very cost effective and you will definitely get more than you pay. Among all the many staff, Mr Xin is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. He can solve all your issues if you have difficulty setting up your server. FragPlus also offers a very handy control panel for management. I sincerely recommend them if you are looking for cost-effective game server hosting.

I bought a rust server and its great

I bought a rust server and its great. easy to use took time at first but figured out stuff by looking on internet and doing some research. Bought a rust hosting and then returned it coz I couldn't afford it at first ... they instantly understood my situation and gave a refund. Now I bought it again and now I have a server again. So for service and support is 100%...
