Overall great staff great server…

Overall great staff great server hosting! A subscription service for my server charged me and despite them not normally offering any form of reimbursement I was able to get the credit for it!

Not even ultra support

Not even ultra support. Just had a trouble with invoice after downgrading my plan. Made a ticket on the discord server, and 10 min later, new invoice received, paid for, service went up, started server and was playing again. Good stuff.

I've been working with gravel for awhile!

I've been working with gravel for a few weeks now; their patience and helpfulness are beyond amazing. I adore how much help I receive when I get burnt out making my custom modpack server compatible. I've tried a whole set of server hosting providers, and gravel has been the most human-feeling one, if that makes sense! Great attitude, great solutions!
