Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were quite happy with the overall experience. Many appreciate the competitive pricing and report good server performance for the cost. Reviewers often describe the control panel and setup as easy to use, and praise staff for helpful guidance with migrations, configuration, and modpacks. Some longtime customers also report fast, reliable hosting....
However, some customers report slow or inconsistent support, including long waits and responses they felt lacked detail. A few describe problems getting servers or modpacks working, file uploads, and unresolved setup issues; some also report uncertainty or frustration when seeking refunds.

Really pleased with the price; it made running a server feel manageable without feeling like I was giving up on quality. The pricing was easy to understand, and when I had a question, the help came quickly when I needed it. That mix is what stood out to me.
A modded Java server, running without much fuss. Getting it set up felt straightforward.
My Minecraft java server was on pending for so long, I asked for help on the help chat center but still didn't get any response??? I cancelled my service but did not get my money or an refund back.. I wanted a refund but they blocked my card. I hate this server hosting. Let me have an refund.
The panel was easy to use, and support sorted out my setup quickly.
couldn't upload files because website refused somehow couldn't download modpacks from curseforge because it wouldn't load even if it lets me upload files, if there is a 0 kb file it's gonna cancel middle of nowhere instead of not uploading those files asked for a refund and they didn't even let me know when i'll have my money back you are suppose to be a premium member to be able to create a ticket on discord cool.
This can't be normal, I have reached out for help through the website help center chat on 3 different occasions and each time I have had to wait more than 12 hours for a response, I still don't have an operating server with the modpack I chose as no moda load on start up. just want a refund at this point to go somewhere else!
I've used witherhosting for every server i've ever hosted, they're cheap, always easy to use and the staff are always helpful
great prices and very quick help
Good service. I got helped in just less than 24 hours after creating the ticket. Only thing I can say is that responses could be a bit more complete, providing more details, in order to be able to determine next steps.
They have the best deals for what you want. I was figuring out how to run a modded Java Server for me and my siblings and these guys were very easy to work with. Great customer service! Would highly recommend this to others trying to run a Minecraft server.
