A tidy dashboard
A tidy dashboard. Getting started was simple, and when I hit a setup snag, the support reply helped me sort it out without much fuss.

A handy way to save
Really handy not being charged while the game server is idle. The automatic stop makes hosting with friends feel much less wasteful.

The server works mostly fine
The server works mostly fine, BUT when there are more players, there is some lag. We have 5GB of RAM and I watch the graphs, it seems it might be network related. Also we get bugged in the portals sometimes, plater moves on but character model is stuck in portal and blockimg others. We play as a trio so I think that is not good considering you can have 10+ players on the server.

Minecraft Pay-per-use Server
I am using the Pay-per-Use Server Option and i am very happy with it. Renting a Server to play with little time is difficult for me due to monthly payment and though high costs compared to playtime on the server. In addition the auto start and shutdown mechanic of the server makes it unbelievable comfortable to play! I had some trouble properly setting the server up due to lack of own knowledge but the support reacted within minutes and any issue was solved within short time. I am very happy with the provided service and looking forward to continue using this server-host in the future maybe also for other games exept minecraft. 5/5 Stars that are well deserved!

Onboarding hat etwas gehakt, aber mir wurde nach kurzer Zeit geholfen und ein Entschädigungsguthaben gutgeschrieben. Server läuft stabil und ich kann bis dato nichts weiter beanstanden.

Great experience
I was looking for a server to play with some friends, we can't always find a time slot so it was a bit harder to find a pay as you go hosting provider strictly for gaming servers and then make a comparison. The prices are very competitive and I find it cool that they work together with some content creators. I did top up 50€ and got a 5€ bonus, really neat detail. Ordering a server was very easy, there's enough specifications to make an informed decision on which offer to take. My server did not run at first so I created a support ticket, to my misfortune on a Saturday evening. I thought I'll hear back on Monday and my weekend plans would go out the window BUT NO. They wrote me back within 1,5 hours, fixed it within 10 minutes. Nils saved our weekend! :) I needed some info from the wiki to change some settings on the server, no issues there as they got well written wiki pages. The server runs like a charm, there's even an auto-stop function for when people leave to have it stop automatically. The dashboard is clean, nothing jumps you with advertisement. Even the link to maybe consider a trustpilot review is blending in so nicely (that I almost missed it). It's a German company, so I really love that I can support something from Europe.

Die Server sind blitzschnell eingerichtet, hochgefahren und genauso schnell wieder herunterfahren. Performance bisher top. Minutengenaue Abrechnung und sinnvolle Features, um Kosten zu sparen wie automatisches Herunterfahren wenn idle. Zwei Mal hatte ich kleinere Probleme, keine Showstopper, sondern Konfigurationen haben nicht gezogen. Beide Male innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet und großzügig mit Guthaben entschädigt worden. Ich habe selten ein kundenfreundlicheres Vorgehen erlebt.
