I ordered a brand-new Nintendo Switch OLED Zelda Edition from Zozila.com on 25th September 2026 for ₹43,000 via UPI. The item was first delivered on 5th October 2026 in a USED condition. The seller took it back and received it on 18th October. They dispatched a replacement on 20th October, which arrived yesterday on 24th October 2026. The merchant has deliberately sent a USED console a second time. They are ignoring communications. I demand a full refund of ₹43,000. And now i am going to my nearest cyber crime police station and now we see if they give refund or not 43000 for console is expensive but used is so wrong they are scam dont buy they did’t give any reply they mentally touchers about 1 month they ruined my birthday diwali my mood my 43000 hard earned money god should give them punishment.
I dont have any words to say about their delivery service,testing time,behaviour while chatting or negotiating.. They r good..It only takes 24 or 48 hours of testing and the payment credited within a sec.. I love it how smooth and easu process it was..In future ill sell if i have to!!
