The order came through promptly, and the price felt better than other options I had seen. It was a relief not to spend ages waiting around; the handoff felt straightforward, too. I didn't need much help to get through it, so the cost and lack of hassle made this feel like a sensible choice.
the questions i had got answered without much back-and-forth, which made the purchase less of a hassle. the person i spoke with came across as professional and friendly, and the handoff felt dependable. i liked having a clear response instead of being left to guess what was happening; that made the whole thing feel straightforward.
I had a smooth experience with my order. The delivery was very quick, and the service felt friendly and professional. I also appreciated having someone available to answer questions when I needed help. Everything was easy from start to finish, so I would happily use the service again 😊
Watch out! They changed their template and might got hacked`?? No more Service available, no more phone calls possible, no more Skype possible, SERVICE IS OFFLINE! Still accept money, but: No DELIVERY ANY MORE! :-(
Super FAST!!!!!
Slightly cheaper but it took two hours.
Very best service, they are very prompt in delivery and reliable, never had a problem with them!! Professional and friendly, will definitely keep buying with them!! love it
Owed a refund, refuses to speak to me, ends chats abruptly and won't take responsibility, I bought 100million credits for swtor, took over an hour, he says 20minutes an then you'll get your double refund, well after he said it takes 50minutes for the delivery which means everyone is owed a double refund, but he refuses to pay it, and now won't even speak to me, doesn't reply to emails, WhatsApp, Skype, or the help center, instead he says "hi" I give him my order number, then he ends the chat, false advertising and failing to conform with trading standards
I give 2 stars only because they were quick to send an email confirming a large purchase order within 6 minutes of my placing it. I purchased a package deal for $123.75 on March 1 using the payment method of Paypal that they offered, Zam Gold requested a photo of the credit card used, IT'S PAYPAL Credit, there is NO CREDIT CARD. I have sent numerous screenshots of the Paypal purchase confirmations and have tried to live chat, but they always say they will call back and never do. They have not returned my 6 emails or even refunded the charges back to my Paypal account. They are shady and I should have known better.
Don`t waste your time or money 12 hour wait for delivery it reads 97 % delivered within 30 mins. and got the run around trying to get online support
