How quickly do gift cards arrive?

Many reviewers describe quick delivery, with some saying their codes arrived within minutes. Others report delays or cards that did not arrive, so timing is not consistent in every account.

Is the ordering process easy?

Several reviewers find the site organized and the purchase process simple. Some first-time buyers, however, report verification steps they found tedious or unexpected.

Do purchases require verification?

Some reviewers say they completed an order verification process, particularly as new customers. Accounts differ: some describe it as quick, while others found the requests intrusive or the process difficult.

Can customers in other countries buy gift cards?

Reviewers in several countries describe buying cards for use across regions, including cards they said were difficult to obtain locally. They also mention that card availability and usefulness can depend on the region and card type.

What kinds of gift cards are available?

Reviews mention cards for gaming and digital services, including Apple, Nintendo, PlayStation, Amazon, and Steam. One reviewer wanted more PlayStation options, so selection may vary by card type.

How do reviewers describe the prices?

Some reviewers call prices reasonable or mention deals and discounts. Others say particular cards can cost more, so value appears to depend on the card and purchase.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Support experiences are mixed. Some reviewers describe helpful or responsive assistance, while others report slow replies, repeated explanations, or no satisfactory resolution when a purchase or payment went wrong.

Do reviewers report problems redeeming cards?

Most reviews describe successful purchases, but a few mention cards that could not be redeemed or appeared to have already been used. Some reviewers also report difficulty getting these issues resolved.

Easy to browse

The site is neatly laid out, so finding a gift card didn't turn into a hunt.

Terrible service

Terrible service; they charged me but never sent the gift card. I do not recommend this at all—they didn't even send an order number to my email.

A handy way to pay

Gift cards for an online service were easy to sort out, and the checkout gave me a simple option when PayPal wasn't accepted. Glad I found it.

Whole process takes like 15 mins and it's the easiest way for me to get gift cards and pay some online services that don't take my paypal.

Customer service that won't give you a solution

During my second purchase with CardCloset, I wrote to them within 5 minutes of my purchase to have my card exchanged for a different one, at whatever additional fees: but they responded 24 hours later flat out refusing with ZERO solutions. Mistakes happen by customers, but to have zero empathy or solution was just disappointing. Plenty of alternatives with better customer service in gift card space.
