Following play

Tracking from a tripod has made it easier to keep the game in view without having to follow every play myself. The camera generally does a solid job, though it can occasionally be distracted by movement close to the court or miss an edge of the field. I still find the automatic filming useful for team games, and the footage has been good enough to share afterward. A little more consistency around the sidelines would make it even better, but it takes a lot of the hands-on camera work out of watching.

Top notch product, outstanding customer service

First and foremost, i'd like to say I've had a phenomenal experience with this device. I've used it a lot of our team games and it works really well in tracking the gameplay. It was so good that a teammate made a purchase. Additionally, my experience with their customer service was outstanding. Lost a top screw on the NT4 tripod which limited my ability to push the tripod to maximum height (13ft). So they offered to send me a replacement unit free of charge - it wasn't necessary but they offered which was great. Highly recommended.

Got the xbotgo chamelion

Got the xbotgo, it broke on the 4th day of using it at that time they didn’t have drop protection, I reached out they did everything they can and more.. glad I went with them they totally replaced my camera I will upgrade as soon as the falcon goes on sale and I will buy extended drop warrenty to avoid all this. Great product, great customer reps

Useless for Baseball

I honestly don’t even know where to start because I’m beyond disappointed with this camera. I bought the Xbot Falcon for my son’s travel baseball team thinking it would be a great way to record games and let family watch from home. The camera glitched basically the entire game. A 1 hour and 40 minute game ended up with only about 30 minutes of footage. The live stream kept stopping, so parents and grandparents trying to watch couldn’t even see the game. There were also important plays that happened that we couldn’t go back and watch because the recording was so messed up. What makes it even more frustrating is that I was literally right next to the camera and connected to it, so I don’t understand how it could have performed this badly. For what this thing costs, I expected WAY more. I could understand an occasional glitch, but this was constant and made the camera practically useless for what I bought it for. I really wanted to like this camera, but after this experience, I definitely can’t recommend it.

I’m still waiting for my actual full…

I’m still waiting for my actual full order..!! I have emailed daily for updates and the falcon is sitting in dartford sorting centre and has been all week. I purchased a ‘package’ but only have a tripod - pretty useless to me without the camera. Every time I email I get an automated response, then 24 hours later I get told the delivery is in the system .. yes - I can see it is, BUT it’s not progressing and if you could just acknowledge that fact we could potentially move forward to solve the problem. I was hoping we’d have this to try out for our game this weekend - doubt that’s happening! One more day of waiting and then I’m going to get a chargeback on my credit card. I’ve spent nearly £900 on this equipment and all I’ve got is a headache. I can only assume all these other reviews are from bots 🤖

Excellent customer support and service

I had a very unfortunate experience when my XbotGo NT4 13-foot tripod and the Quick Release Plate that came with my XbotGo Falcon camera were stolen. I contacted XbotGo customer support, and they were extremely helpful and understanding throughout the process. Although the Quick Release Plate is not normally available for individual purchase, their team went the extra mile and provided me with a replacement plate free of charge. They also helped me arrange a replacement NT4 tripod and made the purchasing and shipping process very easy. I really appreciate the attention, responsiveness, and willingness of the XbotGo team to find a solution for my situation. Excellent customer service and a great experience with their support team. Prohibitive returns process.

Unfortunately our team was unable to make use of the item due to a team collapse. The reason for 2 stars, the returns process is prohibitively long. 5 days after the initial request and I’m only at the ‘pending’ approval stage. Brand new item, never out of packaging and I’m not able to return easily. Not exactly a small sum of money either!

Reviewing the ProSoccer AI analysis…

Reviewing the ProSoccer AI analysis rather than the Xbot Falcon itself. DO NOT BOTHER WITH IT. Processing time s are ridiculously long and the output data is borderline useless. I paid £15 and that gives you just one team in one match. You don’t even get possession, shots etc so not even the simple data you’d expect. Save your money.
