het is alleen gemaakt voor geld. een stom platform, NIET een account aanmaken. het is verschrikkelijk, ze lokken je ernaartoe. het is 13+, maar het zou 99+ moeten zijn. NIET doen. als ik -100 sterren had kunnen geven, had ik dat gedaan.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. They have 3 responses. Give the information you just gave them. And 2 different ways of saying we cannot do anything. Ignoring anything you ask and just copy and paste there standard responses.

Unauthorized payments.

I noticed Twitch have been charging me twice for some subscriptions, and also charging me 4.99 on random occasions. I've tried to speak to them through customer support but they just seem to be so incompetent that they're impossible to converse with. They want me to add a new card as a payment method so I can see my old transactions, even though I can see my old transactions and have sent them several screenshots of Twitch taking payments when they shouldn't. I have explained to the customer service reps that I will not be adding a new payment method until I have a reason for the random payments, and then we just go in circles. I don't know what they're up to, I just know I won't be getting my money back. I also won't be using their services anymore, which is a shame because there's quite a few streamers I enjoy watching. There is something very doggy going on there. You would expect better from Amazon (Amazon own Twitch). I suggest to anyone who has a payment method added to their account and subscribes to a streamer/streamers, check your bank account and make sure they are not over charging you. This has happened quite a few times to me over the years and I have never gotten an explanation as to why. If a representative sees this and wants to contact me to sort out my issue, please feel free to email me at davidedwardsdsk@gmail, as I would love an explanation as to what's going on. I don't seem to be able to get anywhere with the customer support team.

Déçu par Twitch

Déçu par Twitch. L’expérience n’est plus vraiment à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais. Entre les nombreuses publicités, certaines limitations et une expérience utilisateur qui semble devenir de plus en plus contraignante, il devient difficile de profiter pleinement de la plateforme. C’est dommage, car Twitch reste un service avec beaucoup de potentiel et une communauté très active. J’espère que des améliorations seront apportées, car actuellement, je trouve l’expérience assez décevante.

Being ignored and forced to give up

I used to be a streamer but when I was streaming and nobody saw my streams and I got banned in every communities and I been betrayed by every streamers and they say to me is “I don’t even know you” crap because autism is not allowed on twitch so I quit streaming I said to heck with them

Twitch cares more about money than they…

Twitch cares more about money than they care about morals. A dog could be electrocuted on camera and they will still allow Hasan Piker to stream despite abusing his dog. Streamers who cross the guidelines are never appropriately punished or banned. Twitch is a sellout company and there are many better streaming platforms out there who care about their guidelines.
