At first it seemed ok, coming from packdraw mainly it was a little weird to get used to the layout and stuff. I noticed patterns in certain times of the day where no matter what you lose but early in the am or late late at night I seemed to win more. Deposited over $10k, withdrew $4k. So yes down but its ok its gambling. However I had one issue where a deposit was not credited and support took 4 days to fix the issue. Then recently I did a battle, used borrow mode and what should have been a $28 battle charged my account $280. I even have proof of it but the support staff were rude af saying things like “nah” “it’s your mistake”. Like no I do it all the time, I always verify borrow mode amount. Finally as a show of good faith they credited me $50. Ok what about the other $200 I should have? Told me it was final decision. Done.

Still waiting for support to do their job and permanently lock the account.
