No easy fix

The phone wasn't Play Protect certified, and there was no local repair option. That left me stuck with a problem I couldn't easily sort.

Red Magic 9S Pro

Got a 9S Pro and good while back. Its an excellent phone and very well made even though the boundaries of what can be done were pushed when making this device. Very easy to make the purchase, I protected my purchase by using PayPal through a credit card so if it all went sideways I was safe. I found this to be very unnecessary, my device got lost while being sent to me but was found and delivered after 3 weeks of waiting. This was not a fault of Red Magic but probably my country being a bit careful when importing things from countries they don't trust, I get it but I truly think we all need to just put the dislike and jealousy down sometimes for the sake of just getting along with a common goal in mind. The device was great, awesome display, fantastic setup and extremely fast as well as very well made. Its the best phone I've ever had, after using it for a few months it made me think about why I've been so into Samsung or Apple devices so much. The difference of having a Red Magic phone was insane and opened up my eyes to what the main stream big companies have been pushing at us all this time. I can sit here going on about how great the phone was and about how it made me think differently about what my device choices were all day but your not going to understand until you do it yourself. I would really recommend getting a Red Magic device to see for yourself what im on about. You're current device, even the top end devices, are nothing compared to Red Magic devices. My advice would be to go get 1 and have you're eyes opened to what you've been spoon fed all your life. Go choose something different then go tell the next person what you found out. I promise you wont be disappointed. The reviews on here about Red Magic are probably true but are also the vast minority of the Red Magic customers in the UK. There are many thousands of very happy customers that just haven't posted a positive review. I also noted that a few of those negative reviews had the aroma of the same person on multiple accounts. Don't always trust you what you read in a review, sometimes its worth having a go yourself. This is 1 of those times. Go get a Red Magic phone and rejoice at having your eyes opened.

Too slick to trust

The case let the phone slip from my hand, and the screen broke. Not much comfort from a cover that feels so slick.

REDMAGIC 11S / 11 Pro Protective Case Got this for me r e magic phone. 5 days after it's slipped right out of my hand and screen broke. This case is WAY TO SLIPPERY don't ve fooled by the babysoft shit. Get a decent case with grip!!!! Now I have to deal with getting nubia to fix the screen, the were also out of the screen protectors so couldn't even order them. Think carefully before getting a phone from them, getting a more expensive flagship phone with decent performance would've been cheaper at this point and also I wouldn't have to wait for instructions to have it sent overseas as well as paying for repairing a 5 day old phone....

A return tangled up in repair paperwork. I found the process confusing, with extra forms and repeated chasing before it was sorted. Not what I expected.

Redmagic.gg is a fraud company

Extremely disappointing experience with REDMAGIC.gg I placed an order with REDMAGIC.gg and paid in full, but my parcel was never delivered. I contacted their customer support to resolve the issue and requested a refund, but despite my attempts to get this resolved, I have still not received my money back. The most frustrating part is the lack of a satisfactory resolution after taking payment. I expected either the product to be delivered or, if they could not fulfil the order, my money to be returned promptly. I would strongly recommend that potential customers exercise caution and carefully consider the company’s after-sales and refund support before placing an order. I am still waiting for REDMAGIC.gg to resolve this matter and return the money I paid.

I am very disappointed with Redmagic as…

I am very disappointed with Redmagic as i purchase the phone which had one issue not from my side but built-in. Issue identified that Play Protection Certification (Device not certified). If you are having certification related issues why you are selling the product in open market. Now the worst thing i am facing that I dont have repair center in my country to fix it and even for repair they have extra charges. I would recommend people to go with other android options rather than this one as this is just ordinary device with so many certificate related issues.

My Astra tablet was sent away for a repair or replacement but it's now been a month and keep getting the same excuse email replies saying your concern has been passed to the relevant department and other repetitive replies. The customer service needs real improvement

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been over 4 months trying to get a refund for a table. They continuously ignored my emails, and only responded after I opened a dispute with Klarna. At first, Redmagic confirmed they would issue a refund, but a few weeks later they changed their mind and refused. Instead, they told me to contact Royal Mail myself for compensation, even though the issue should have been handled by them as the seller. I have now reported them to Trading Standards and reopened the refund dispute with Klarna. Absolutely terrible customer service, no accountability, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Do not give your money to Redmagic or any related companies.
