5 Days, No Code Delivery, Just AI Responses

I placed an order on October 11, 2026, for two Apple gift cards totaling 2,795.17 TRY. Five days later, I still have not received my digital codes. My order has been stuck in the “Authentication” stage, with the website clearly stating: “Your verification is currently under manual review. We will notify you once the review is complete.” Despite this, TURGAME’s AI customer support repeatedly tells me to complete the verification process by following the instructions on my order page. However, the page already confirms that my verification is under manual review, and there are no additional verification steps displayed. The customer support experience has been absolutely unacceptable: 1. Five days without delivery: These are digital gift cards, yet I have received neither the products nor a clear explanation for the delay. 2. Repetitive and contradictory AI responses: Every time I contact support, I receive essentially the same automated message telling me to complete verification, despite my order already being under manual review. 3. Support ticket closed without resolution: One of my previous support tickets was simply closed while my order remained unresolved. No explanation was provided. 4. Empty promises of human assistance: I explicitly requested escalation to a real customer service representative. TURGAME’s AI support assured me that someone would contact me shortly. More than 24 hours later, nobody had contacted me. 5. No accountability or timeline: Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no meaningful update, no estimated delivery time, and no concrete solution. What makes this particularly frustrating is that there seems to be no effective way to get past the AI chatbot and speak with an actual human being. The automated system keeps repeating generic responses without addressing the specific details of my case. I understand that payment verification and fraud prevention are necessary, but keeping a paid order pending for five days without meaningful communication is unacceptable. At this point, I am seriously questioning whether TURGAME has a functioning customer support system capable of resolving issues that require human intervention. I am still waiting for either the delivery of my purchased gift cards or a full refund. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will consider initiating a payment dispute through my card issuer. I cannot recommend TURGAME based on this experience. If your order gets stuck in verification, be prepared for repeated AI responses, unresolved support tickets, and potentially days of waiting without any meaningful assistance.
