Looking at 50 reviews, opinions about the overall experience were mixed. Many reviewers praised quick delivery, with some saying codes arrived within minutes or seconds. Some also found the ordering process straightforward and described the prices as good value. A few reviewers appreciated helpful service....
However, many negative reviews, particularly older ones, describe checkout being unavailable or orders failing, and some say paid-for codes were delayed or never arrived. Reviewers also report difficulty reaching support or getting responses to complaints, including about order problems.

The patient help made the purchase feel welcoming, especially when I needed a little time to sort things out. I came away happy with the game and appreciated being treated kindly instead of rushed. A pleasant experience, and a good result for me.
The experience left me pleased, and everything felt straightforward. I'd happily recommend it.
Honestly, a good result after a small snag. The app gave me trouble, so I switched to the website instead; that worked, and the PlayStation code arrived right away. The price also felt good, which made the workaround easier to accept. I didn't need much more than a working code, and that's what I got. It wasn't a flawless experience from the start, but using the site rather than the app sorted it out without turning into a whole ordeal. I'd call it a worthwhile purchase, and the code worked as advertised.
