Do customers usually receive digital game codes quickly?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers say codes arrived within minutes, while others report waiting without receiving a code or being told an order could not be fulfilled.

What do reviewers say about delivery of shipped items?

Several reviewers describe long delays, missing parcels, or tracking information that did not clarify where an order was. Some say items ordered well ahead of holidays did not arrive in time.

Are prices considered competitive?

Some satisfied reviewers praise low prices and describe finding discounts on games or other products. Other reviewers report that an order was not fulfilled after payment, so reviews do not show consistently positive experiences overall.

How responsive is customer support?

Many reviewers who had order problems say they received no reply or no useful resolution after contacting support. A few describe getting help after contacting support, but experiences are mixed.

Do reviewers report receiving refunds for unfulfilled orders?

Some reviewers say they were still waiting for a refund after an order did not arrive or was cancelled. Others describe being told a refund had been issued, but say they did not receive it.

Do purchased codes always work?

Some reviewers say their game or software codes activated successfully. Others report a code or license that failed to work or stopped working, so successful activation is not consistent across the reviews.

Can customers access past order codes in their account?

One reviewer reports that a previously purchased code was not visible in the account and that support could not locate the old order. This is a reported experience, not evidence of how every account or order works.
