My refund request was turned down because the item was digital. That felt unfair when what I received wasn't what I expected, and I was left without a useful fix. A firm no isn't much help when there's a problem with the purchase. I came away feeling the risk was all on me.
A separate account instead... I expected a game code, but had to use another account to access the game. Later it stopped working, and support didn't reply.
Nothing arrived, and no reply to my messages. Very frustrating.

Super oplichters!!!!! Gewoon je geld weggooien is deze site! Je krijgt helemaal niks en wordt dan doodleuk in de maling genomen met mails die als je ze uitvoerd ook niet gaat! Oplichters!
Sketchy praktijken! Je krijgt niet een game code (in mijn geval voor de PS4) maar een mail waarin wordt uitgelegd dat je een nieuw account moet aanmaken op je ps4 met een door hun (gamecard.net) aangeleverd email adres en 2factor authenticatie. Als zij het account blokkeren of Sony hier lucht van krijgt wordt je account geblokkeerd in het ergste geval dus blijf hier weg! Gevraagd om geld terug en dan komen ze aan dat het een digitaal product is en dus geen refund.
Drie codes gekocht maar niks ontvangen. Ze reageren ook niet op mijn berichten
Awful experience with Gamecard. I bought last of us II but the game locked and I can’t play anymore. I’ve contacted the support service on the website but no answer since 2 weeks. @Gamecard - could you contact me please ? Order #114931
The download went through, but I ordered/payed for the the cross gen version which comes with bonus items. I received the download for the standard version. So, now I will need to repurchase once I can finally upgrade to a PS5. If I wanted the standard version, I would have bought that else where on disc for cheaper. I raised this point as soon as my download was completed. And was told “No refunds on digital goods”. Even thought it wasn’t what I ordered and payed for. The game itself keeps kicking me off, due to the rights being for a dummy account they set you up with being buggy. Overall, very disappointing. I will not be using them again and won’t recommend anyone else to use their service.
Echt niet iets kopen daar ze hebben het wachtwoord van het account veranderd waar door ik het spel niet meer kon spelen en vervolgens zeggen je hebt de garantie weg laten gaan
