Sent a buy list on ~October-December 2024.. Still have yet to receive my payment. It's a small buy list ~$200 worth of bulk, so it's not going kill me, but it still stings. At first, they still responded back to me, albeit slowly.. But now, I can't reach them. Why give a review now? I normally don't give reviews to companies, but I was compelled to do so because my friends were talking about this website.
Awful company. Used their feature to sell cards to which they accepted and provided the store credit for. However, I've been unable to use the credit at checkout. After emailing them for months asking for help and a solution, I've been ignored and offered no help or replied. Company has taken my cards and money. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be stuck with your cards stolen and no way to use the credit they provide to buy from their site.
I've been a customer for almost 10 years, and this is the first time I got an issue with them. I placed an order during August, then few days later their site went offline, and I receive an email confirmation that my order is on the way with a tracking number. It's been more than 3 months since then, my package never arrived, the tracking number from USPS never updated its status, and they are not replying to my emails. I've been sending them to different support emails on their website, none of that have responded... I'll leave this review until my situation is properly addressed.

Recently purchased Heroclix singles. After 10 days of no order activity I tried calling their Customer line- Disconnected. I filled out their contact form. No response. Messaged them on social... no response. Almost 4 weeks later my order shipped. It was missing one of the figures, and included the wrong version of another. Won't be coming back.
