A more personal shopping feel
Browsing here, I was glad to find plenty of choice without feeling lost. It was also easy to get a clear answer when I had a question, which made the experience feel more personal than a faceless checkout. The selection gives the impression that someone who enjoys collecting has put care into what’s offered. I appreciated that mix of variety and straightforward communication; it made browsing enjoyable and left me feeling good about the experience.
