Looking at 50 reviews, most reviewers were very satisfied with the overall experience. Customers frequently appreciate how easy the process is for trading game items or gold across games, realms, and versions. Many describe trades as quick and smooth, and reviewers often say they received the gold they expected. Some also praise support for being helpful and clear when questions or concerns arise....
However, some customers say delivery took longer than expected, with reported waits ranging from a few hours to several days. A few also wanted clearer time estimates or notifications during the process, and one long-term user described support as slow.

The exchange completed without me having to chase every step, and the gold showed up as expected. I had a question about the wait, and support explained what was going on. It wasn't instant, but the process felt dependable enough that I'd be comfortable using it for another game-to-game trade.
Such a USEFUL way to turn spare game items into WoW gold.
I’ve been using trade raid and their services for 4 years now, saving me tons of time and money. Their trade service is simply genius when I need some quick gold I just swap my Steam items, even during a raid! And then hours later the gold is in my mailbox. Their customer service is a little slow but always reliable and the team behind are genuine and helpful. Can only recommend these guys
Be patient and just wait you will get what you pay for 100% 10/10 will use again

Trusted transaction by trading my CS:GO Items for WoW gold. A little bit slow on the process but i hope they can improve a little bit more at the effectiveness and swiftness of what they're doing. Overall, 10/10 would trade again.
Worked as promised. Nice to know this service exists!
