A deposit that never appeared
Pretty unsettling when a deposit goes through but the wallet balance never shows it. That would make me think twice about using the site again.

Buying was the sticking point
The buying side was the part that put me off. After adding items, I couldn't get marketplace purchases to go through, and the balance was sent back instead. Contacting support brought a request for a photo of the card used. That left me uneasy about putting anything else into the site 😕

Scam website. I sold my items there and opened a few cases, then realized there is basically no chance to even get back a quarter of what you spend on cases. After that, for a whole week I tried buying items from their marketplace with my balance, but every time the money was simply refunded because the items were supposedly unavailable. Complete scam. Do not deposit your money or skins there.

Holding $417 for 5 months, support is ignoring emails. SCAM.
I deposited my own items and small amounts of cash. I won some money on the site, bringing my balance to $417. Now they have blocked my account for 5 months, refusing to let me buy any skins. They passed my ID check but keep asking for more and more sensitive data like credit card photos. This is a scam designed to keep your deposits and never let you take out your winnings.

Scam site. Don't use the site they will scam you just like they did me. Deposit was normal and after that i couldn't buy anything. After I contacted support they were asking me to take a photo of my Credit Card that I used.
