No clear fix

The support reply didn't address the sharp drop in value of a skin I'd won, which left me feeling shortchanged.

Could not get the item

The item I tried to withdraw wasn't available, and the support reply didn't make the next step clear. I'd expected a straightforward way to collect a win, but instead I was left unsure whether it could actually be sent. That made the whole experience feel pretty frustrating.

A withdrawal never arrived, and support did not resolve it. Hard to trust after that.

Scam

I previously won on this site Chantico Fire, but I could not sell it. It costs 11 dollars. Now in the inventory it is displayed for 1 cent. Technical support refuses to compensate me for the real value of the thing. Quote: "You had all the opportunities to sell it because we don't have skins anymore, all skins have the same value of $0.01 We can't compensate the value of the skin because it is against the Terms of Service ". Scammers

Cool concept, Awesome game and BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN!

I have had some minor issues, contacted customer support and i have to be honest, this support is so much better then most custom supports are. Unlike some other Supports, MoonWars does reply and actually helps! So Shout-out to: Agent ZED and Agent BEARD!!! I wish i could apply for a job now??? Agent ZED?? ;) ;) These are the two people that have helped me with my issues and i can guarantee to all other Moonwars users that these people are really dedicated to what they do. i deposited 10$ and won 11$ i wanted to…

i deposited 10$ and won 11$ i wanted to withdraw and it says it sent but the trade never came. i went to the support and he said that my account has a skins glitch and i cant withdraw untill the manager fix. every time i asked when it will be done he didnt answer . few days later i started to play with the skins because it was boring and the disguasting site doesnt let me withdrawso i lost all my skins because of this SCAMMER site . D'ONT play on this site! pls
