Can I find less common or hard-to-find games?

Several shoppers say they found games that were difficult to source elsewhere, including less common titles. Availability can vary, and some reviews also describe an item being out of stock or an order being cancelled.

How do shoppers describe delivery and packaging?

Many report prompt delivery and items arriving securely packed and in good condition. A few describe delays or an order that had not arrived, so experiences are not uniform.

Are prices considered reasonable?

Some reviewers describe game and merchandise prices as reasonable or lower than comparable shops. These are individual customer impressions rather than a guarantee that every item will be the cheapest.

Do buyers receive shipping updates or tracking information?

Some shoppers say they received little or no notice before delivery, or could not work out how to track a parcel. Others report fast delivery, so it may be worth checking your order information if updates matter to you.

What is the cafe and events experience like?

Visitors describe a welcoming social space with a broad range of game nights and other events. Reviews also mention friendly staff and an enjoyable atmosphere, though one visitor found it could get loud.

What food and drinks do cafe visitors mention?

Reviews praise the food and drinks, including pizza, coffee, and a range of hot and cold options. Experiences shared by reviewers are positive, but the reviews do not establish a complete or current menu.

How do reviewers describe customer service when an order needs attention?

Many describe staff as helpful and responsive. One buyer who received the wrong game edition says the issue was resolved after contacting the team, while other reviews report problems with stock or order fulfilment.

Stocked it. Delivered it. Fair price.

Wanted a copy of a slightly rare game (Century -Spice Road). Ludoquist stocked it, and sent it, and it arrived on time. Can’t ask for more.

a quick arrival

pleasant surprise: the game got here quickly, though a heads-up before delivery would've been handy.

A board game cafe with a lot more

A board game cafe that extends a LOT further than just board games, evenings for various types of games like D&D, card games like Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Marvel Champions & Riftbound, social games like Blood on the Clocktower, and more The cafe part is great, offering gluten free options, freshly baked pizza, paninnis, and other hot options, deserts, soft drinks including shakes, hot drinks, beer and more Add in that the staff & owners are friendly, they try to keep stock of useful products for gaming and pricing is better than most stores for the same type of products
