Are prices considered competitive?

Many reviewers describe the prices as competitive or good value, including for paints, miniatures, and model sets.

How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers report quick dispatch and delivery, sometimes within a few days or the next day. Experiences are not uniform, and some reviewers describe delays before dispatch or delivery.

Are orders packaged carefully?

Several customers say their orders arrived carefully or well packaged, including reviews mentioning paints and games.

Reviews refer to paints, miniatures, model sets, and games. Some customers also note that particular items were out of stock, while others found items they had been looking for.

What do reviewers say about customer service?

Many describe the service as efficient and helpful, with some praising knowledgeable or friendly staff. A few reviewers report difficulty reaching the store or getting a reply about an order.

Do reviews mention an in-person store or gaming space?

Room to play

A welcoming spot to get a game in, with thoughtful terrain and friendly people. That’s what makes the place stand out for me.

The Forge offers a decent shopping experience with competitive prices and careful packaging. Their free shipping over a certain order amount is a nice bonus. However, some improvements could be made, such as expanding the food options available onsite and addressing long-term product durability concerns. Overall, it’s a mixed experience worth considering carefully.

I too was drifting through life...

The teenage reminded me when I was his age; goofing off, no ambition, cared only for himself. What got me on track was finding Jesus after getting drafted. Both were incredible maturing experiences! Fifty years later I'm still involved in ministry. Praise Jesus for His salvation and faithfulness!

Brilliant as ever

Brilliant as ever. It’s a shame the shop isn’t reopening as it was my local gaming centre but the online service continues to be 1st class.
