glad i went

really glad i gave one of the card events a go. it felt easy to settle in, even though i wasn't familiar with everyone or every game. there was room to play, and people were happy to help me get the hang of things without making it awkward. i've been to events where it can feel a bit intense, but this one was relaxed and genuinely fun. left in a much better mood than i arrived, mostly because it was nice to have somewhere local to play and meet other players.

A welcoming gaming shop

I always enjoy visiting this shop. The staff are friendly, helpful, and happy to suggest products when I am unsure what to choose. There is a good range of cards and games, and the store feels clean and welcoming. I also like the positive atmosphere for playing and meeting other people.

Missing a card from my order

Missing a card from my order. Contacted via email and was advised I'd receive a refund, which never arrived. Emailed again to chase and still haven't heard anything.

Visited the Lowestoft store today…

Visited the Lowestoft store today whilst visiting from out of town. We felt very welcome in store and the guy behind the counter was really kind to my daughter. She bought the Pokemon Black Bolt collection box even though she wanted White Flare. She didn't notice they had them in and the guy at the counter kindly let her swap it for the White Flare. She was really pleased and it made her day. Thank you

Shop is super cool and the staff are amazing, so kind and helpful, and super friendly especially Ross and sasha, who helped me find product i wanted and suggested good started products for pokemon.

I just felt that i should say that i can not wait for my Yu-Gi-Oh tournament today and that i hope that skyward fire games might maybe buy my pokemon collection of me i got some pretty cool hidden gems.
