Nothing usable
The product I bought wasn't working, and getting help turned into another problem. I expected to be able to use what I paid for, but it was unavailable when I checked. When I tried to sort it out, replies were painfully slow and didn't leave me with a useful answer. That made it hard to know what I was supposed to do next, and the whole purchase felt like money spent for nothing. I couldn't tell whether the issue was temporary or something support could resolve. I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it based on this experience.

Poor product and support
I had a poor experience. The product did not work as expected, and support was slow and unhelpful when I needed assistance. I would not recommend buying here.

I bought their TraceX + Private bundle then once I opened a ticket to receive my license and download, they asked to check my pc?? I let them and they said, "you failed" and scammed me straight up
