Still waiting for the code
The code was marked available, but it never came through. I was told to wait for restocking, then got no follow-up about the promised key or refund.

Cloud trouble
Cloud access trouble, then no way back in. Losing the stored files after repeated requests for help was awful.

Key failed
The key failed, and support offered no workable fix. A frustrating purchase with money wasted.

Lost data on the cloud
They sold me an Office 365 key with 1Tb OneDrive storage with a validity of 1 year. I had to report them 3 times problems with access to my cloud and 2 times they gave me new keys. The third time I could not access my cloud anymore and lost all of my data. Their response was that they could not help me. Avoid them!

¡ESTAFA!
Compré una licencia de W10 y no funciona, 15€ tirados a la basura. Tampoco sé hacen responsables si reclamas. Una vergüenza y una estafa en toda regla.

Superb service. Very friendly and patient! They check your identity, but worry not, after that its smooth sailing. Customer support actualy know stuff! Bought 3 times from them in the last 2 days, everything went well. 10/10 would buy again, and I will!

Scam site
Scam site. I bought Kaspersky Total Security. After a PC format, when I tried to re-install Kaspersky I got an error "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code". When I contacted them they informed me you can activate the code once!!! Of course this is not mentioned during purchase...
