No help after that
My ticket got closed while I was asking about a feature that didn't work. REALLY frustrating, and I was left without help.

the process was fast
the purchase process was fast, and what i bought worked as expected. that was the main thing i needed, and it made the experience feel straightforward. just a quick purchase that did what i wanted, which is all i was hoping for. pretty happy with how it went.

Y'all Got do better
This was a horrible experience. Their hacks got me banned and they won't even respond to me when I'm asking for help. Like what the hell is wrong with them. This crap sucks. It costed me $30 for this piece of junk. I wouldn't even pay a penny because this crap would have me doubled the money i spent for the game down.
