No way to get it sorted

After setting everything up, the key still wouldn't work, and trying to get help became the bigger problem. My ticket sat without a useful answer, then I lost access to the community space where I was asking questions. That left me with no clear way to resolve a basic purchase issue. I don't mind troubleshooting, but being unable to use what I bought and then getting nowhere with support made the whole experience feel like a dead end. I'd avoid it unless support improves.
