Do reviewers say the products work as expected?

Many reviewers say the products worked for them, though experiences are not uniform. Some report products that would not run or required troubleshooting, and one described receiving nothing after paying.

Can support help with installation or technical problems?

Many reviewers praise staff for troubleshooting and say they received helpful guidance, including assistance with setup. Other reviewers describe repeated attempts to get help or advice that did not resolve their problem, so experiences vary.

How long does it take to receive an access key?

Some reviewers report receiving keys quickly. One reviewer said delivery could take longer depending on when an order was placed, and another described waiting for a key that was marked as updating.

Do reviewers report being banned from games?

Yes. Some reviewers report bans after using the products, while others describe using them without a ban. The reviews do not establish that any product prevents bans.

What do reviewers say about refunds when a product does not work?

A few reviewers say they were refused a refund after reporting that a product was missing or not working. Others describe support resolving their setup problems, but the reviews do not establish a consistent outcome for refund requests.

Can a product become unavailable or need an update?

One reviewer reported that a key they had purchased was marked as updating and could not be used at that time. Another praised receiving product updates, so reviewers describe differing experiences with availability and updates.

Worked once set up

The setup took a little figuring out, but the product worked well once I got it going. Glad I gave it a try.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I purchased a 1-day pass for Call of Duty Cold War Intel as a test, so I could see how they perform and if good I wanted to get the yearly pass. I went through the steps multiple times and nothing worked. I would enter key and it would shut down. I contacted their customer support multiple times and didn't get help until the 4th/5th time. A customer support member named "Ghost" manually went onto my computer to see what the issue was and double checked everything but not even he could find the issue. This is a issue from their side and they are not willing to refund from their mistake. I just wanted help to use the service I paid for. I DO NOT Recommend! If you have issues they are gonna say no refund no matter what and won't even help get the product running.
