We're a YC-backed Company, we use Sylant for our hosting. Jenni from Sylant has taken very good care of us, and has always responded to our support tickets promptly. The Sylant team goes ABOVE and beyond to cater to our requests, even for custom configurations and hardware - which we appreciate! Their pricing is pretty phenomenal for the hardware. We have long term deals with Sylant solely for the reasons above, and I'm glad to be doing business with Jenni!

Very good price to performance

Very good price to performance, there is some downtime and slowdowns here n there but for running minecraft server its not very noticable. Customer support is like 8/10 they respond quickly and are friendly. I would 100% recommend this to everyone.

Good servers and allat (And GREAT customer service) The downtimes is the only issue.

Great provider

Great provider, they got powerful VPS servers and will work with you to help you get what you need, mail ports are blocked by default but after a very short support ticket they helped me set up my mail server, 10/10 gladly will recommend this to anyone who needs a server

Reliable Performance and Fast Setup

I’ve had a positive experience with this hosting service so far. The setup process was straightforward, and the server boot times are noticeably fast. I’m currently using a 6GB plan to develop a Minecraft server with Sylant, and it has been performing reliably during development. Overall, the service has met my expectations in terms of performance and ease of use.

Truly incredible tech support

Truly incredible tech support! The automated message is nice and loud and the guy I spoke to was also nice, loud, kind, and articulated it so made up for the 30+ minute ddos!
