I strongly advise against using this hosting if you want a stable game server. I purchased a CS 1.6 server, and within 24 hours, they changed my server IP twice without any notification. Even though the panel says the server is "Running," the ports are closed, and it is impossible to connect from the outside (0 Bytes network traffic). I opened multiple tickets, but the support is extremely slow and they keep dodging the core issue. I requested a refund due to the lack of service, but they haven't responded properly yet. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want a professional service.
