Learning the ropes
A less daunting start. I had questions about moving existing files and getting past a problem, and the guidance was patient without making me feel silly. Rather than just taking over, they walked me through what I needed to understand, so I could handle more myself afterward. That made managing the server feel much less intimidating. The file transfer also felt noticeably quicker than what I was used to. A reassuring first experience, especially when you are still learning the basics.
