A hobbyist's bonus

Brilliant extra: the hobby videos are a real pleasure to watch. The games hall gives the place a lovely tabletop feel.

A nice extra for hobby fans

My hobby order arrived promptly, and the prices compared well with other options. The Conquest coverage is a nice extra for a tabletop fan.

Packed with care

Really pleased with how carefully everything was packed. The prices were good compared with what I’d seen elsewhere, and my items turned up in great shape. It’s reassuring when hobby purchases are handled with that bit of care; nothing felt like it had been tossed into a box.

No fuss sorting it out

An order snag was sorted out quickly after I got in touch, and the replies were polite and clear. That took the stress out of it; everything was resolved without a long back-and-forth. Good to know a small problem won't turn into a whole saga. I'd feel comfortable ordering here again.

A really great place to purchase

A really great place to purchase. Everything is delivered quite fast and without import fees. I do have issues with their website quite often and they don't have a lot of stock, if they had I would shop there all the time.

Excellent service, games hall and shows worth supporting

A buy of from Chaps regularly as they are absolutely reliable, 20% - 52% cheaper than buying from the manufacturers, were willing to put a special message on the box for a God Child, and I love the physical shop, games hall and online shows!
