The stream kept dropping, and the error message gave me nothing useful to work with. I couldn't tell what to change, so the session turned into guesswork instead of gaming. That's the part that made this frustrating; an explanation would have at least given me somewhere to start.

Technically, the service is top-notch—at least on my $$$$ VM with an L40S. Star Citizen, in particular, benefits massively from the large VRAM. Unfortunately, the service is so heavily overbooked that you only get a free slot in the middle of the night if you're lucky. I regret paying for a year in advance.
paid $107 for Level 3 (the second-most expensive tier) of their cloud computer service. The machine then entered "slow start" mode — a policy stim.io openly admits they use to save money — and it never actually started working. Just six hours after the purchase, when I unsubscribed, they offered me a refund of only $47. I never got to use the computer at all. What a rip-off. I’d strongly recommend using Boosteroid instead. Oh, and they moderate their subreddit so you can't post there, so that is why I am here
Terrible software. Doesn’t work. On top of that, when you want a refund because OF COURSE they don’t send an email to warn you that your period will be renewed (scummy practice), they will keep more than 50% of the sum you paid even if you just ask for a refund the same day you get renewed. When you ask for support, they just censor you. Business that doesn’t accept at least criticism should not exist.
I had an account with Stim.io for less than four hours. I stepped away briefly and forgot to manually shut down the machine. When I returned, I was locked out and forced through an awful CAPTCHA system that repeatedly failed. After several attempts, my account was blocked entirely. I contacted customer support to explain the situation and was met with a completely unacceptable response. I was told that they do not reply to accounts that have already been banned. No investigation, no explanation, no opportunity to resolve the issue. What a joke of a service. The lack of basic customer support, combined with aggressive banning and broken verification systems, makes this platform unreliable and hostile to users. The fact that I am taking the time to write this review should already indicate how poor the experience was. I do not recommend Stim.io based on my experience. Poor service, poor support, and zero accountability.
Horrible No customer support, no refund, doesn't even run Star Citizen, keeps crashing all the time and has annoying Windows error popups constantly And you have to pay extra for using windows 10
I can not cancel auto renew i have been send mail to stim io support for cancel my plan but thay dont replied me
As the title says, I constantly experience stutter, lag and disconnection (I selected Win11, which might be the reason). When it disconnects, the error message just says "Could not connect to stream" which shows no information to fix. I recommend GFN or Boosteroid for gaming, and Shadow if you need a cloud PC. If you really want to get stim.io, select Windows 10.
