The odds put me off
Public giveaways feel like a lottery where the odds are hard to stomach, and the concern about bots makes entering feel pointless. Not for me 😕

Across 50 reviews, most reviewers were dissatisfied with the overall experience. Some reviewers value the site as a place to give away spare Steam game keys and enter community giveaways. Positive accounts also mention winning games, an easy-to-use interface, and helpful community members or discussions. A few long-time users appreciate that the site has changed little over the years....
Many dissatisfied reviewers describe moderators as applying rules unfairly, suspending or banning accounts, and dismissing appeals. Some say support tickets went unanswered or did not resolve their concerns, and some report penalties over keys they say were invalid or unactivated. Reviewers also allege bot activity and describe winning as difficult or time-consuming, while others criticize the community as hostile.

If your account got suspended permanently they ignore your unsuspend ticket / request this method leaves so many unjust suspensions with no hope of them looking at your point of view
Giving games away was the part I cared about, so it’s frustrating that a key problem could turn into a penalty without much room to explain. The rules around unusable keys seem strict, and losing giveaway access over a failed key would make me think twice. I’m also uneasy about how moderation concerns are handled; it sounds difficult to get a clear, fair conversation when you disagree with a decision. The giveaway idea is appealing, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting time into it with that uncertainty hanging over me.
Great site ruined, once more, by poor *super* moderators. Translation: Absolute losers, and one handicapped nerd, who spend literally all day, not joking because you can see their active time, punishing people who just want to give away games. It's hilarious and sad at the same time. I recommend moving to steamdrops instead.
A good cause ruined by idiotic rules. If you happen to have keys that do not work anymore, which you cannot check beforehand, obviously, you get punished with a loss of giveaway "slots". Once you reach zero you are basically locked from doing what actually holds this website on its shoulders — giving games away.
scammy awful design platform that locks actual good games between limited access groups which they give good keys to eachother (and they allow) which at this point is a trading site, the whole cv thing is a scam and ruins the whole idea of "giving" and runs by terrible outdated mods.
I had a very disappointing experience with the moderation team. Their responses lacked any self-reflection, and at times came across as disingenuous. Rather than addressing the core issues I raised, they dismissed my concerns without genuine consideration. It’s frustrating to engage with a team that refuses to question its own process or admit possible faults. Very unfortunate for a platform that claims to value transparency and fairness.
Look at the other reviews and some reddit threads online. Everything you've heard about the mods on this site is true. Several of the mods use this website as a platform to satiate their desire for power. Outdated and insane rules can swoop out of nowhere and punish you when you did absolutely nothing wrong. The moderators are a major problem with this website and the owner is completely clueless.
its gambling most level 10s circle jerk give eachother the same games to boost levels if you bring up steam gifts on steam you will get a community ban!!! auto report system that tags you. should tell you everything you need to know about how sketchy the site is
The people that run this site are 45 year old sad pedantic dudes that miss doing homework and no matter what will always want to be right no matter the circumstances. 12 year old account, 200:1 games gave away ratio to won, never engaged in any discussion, i get permanently suspended because 10 years ago i marked a really cheap game i won as received even though the key didn't work, but being a really cheap and shitty game i didn't bother opening a ticket demanding justice. i got suspended a year ago and got my account back explaining what happened, now all of a sudden i am permabanned by the same guy for the same reason but instead of giving me the account back they double down.
