No dispatch update

No dispatch update, just silence. The charge went through, but nothing arrived, and I couldn't get an answer when I tried to follow up.

Only part arrived

Disappointing to receive only part of an order, then have later purchases remain unfulfilled despite being listed as available. I tried reaching out through several channels without getting a reply, and eventually relied on PayPal to recover the payment. The models were appealing, but the experience left me wary.

Really frustrating

Really frustrating: payment went through, but nothing was sent and my messages got no reply. I had to turn to payment protection to resolve it.

Unreliable, Unresponsive, Protect Yourself

1st time ordering, I received a partial shipment. Chak said the order was packed but for some reason didn’t go out. Though missing a car, I was happy with the cars I did receive. Placed a 2nd (2 cars) and 3rd order (1car) a day apart to be sure I received everything. Almost $200 altogether. I ended up receiving nothing, orders were not processed even though everything said in stock. I tried contact through the web chat, FB messenger, WhatsApp, email, he didn’t have the courtesy to reply to a single message. Eventually, thankfully, PayPal refunded the orders after sending screenshots of every attempt. Too bad because he was the only place I could find with 2 of the cars in stock, and I still haven’t been able to find them elsewhere. If you roll the dice and order from him, make sure you are protected by PayPal or your credit card issuer, and don’t wait too long to file a claim.

Scammer,

Scammer, Took my money i sent emails and tried contacting through fb and insta also direct email sent numerous times no reply 3 months later I received a message saying shipped, nothing was ever shipped. Takes your money and doesn't send anything f@¥!n sleeve bag thief

Scam artist

Order processed and payment taken but my models were never dispatched. No reply to any emails so asked PayPal to intervene. At this point he offered a partial refund and provided tracking details. It was quite cunning because it turned out that the tracking details were fake but the dispute had been marked as 'resolved' with PayPal. Fortunately, PayPal have good customer service and they reopened the case and gave a full refund. This seems consistent with others' experience and I would avoid any dealing with this person.

Unfortunately I also placed an order (albeit to paying double the amount) with this scammer and for weeks, there's no response and no explanation whatsoever (just like what other consumers are experiencing). Today I physically went to his claimed 'physical shop' in Mongkok in Hong Kong and guess what? This person (Speedy70) is no longer occupied there and his shop is gone... this guy has been ghosted for many months as I spoke to the current tenant who used to partner with him (poor guy)... now that's fault advertising and damn right scamming.. please don't place any orders as I guaranteed it won't get fulfilled.. yet another f_-cked up 'small time nobody' think he can make quick bucks with no integrity attached (he is likely a looser). There are plenty of honest sellers in Hong Kong too and they are also within that building W Plaza with physical shops, so I urge you guys to research more e.g. check out these honest shops on facebook: JC Toy, hktoysnfun as I brought many 1/64 :) from them today while I investigate this dodgy Speedy70 guy,,, and they also gave me good discounts, not sure if they ship internationally but why not ask!

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. I have tried to contact them via email, & whatsapp! They initially replied saying order was on back order, then never responded again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Started off great as shipped 2 orders…

Started off great as shipped 2 orders but then after spending more money, they haven’t shipped my order, they don’t reply to messages on Facebook or WhatsApp, there a complete scam & should not be trading & getting away with taking collectors money!!!! Terrible act of business
