Repeated attempts, no useful response... I was left without a way to resolve the issue, which made the whole experience frustrating.

A well-balanced spinner

The yoyo was nicely balanced and arrived packed well; shipping was QUICK, too.

Xbox 360S Replacement

My customer experience with Super Retro has been amazing. I had bought a Xbox 360S and when it arrived it had the appearance of a cosmetically floored Xbox whereas I had specifically chosen the not cosmetically floored option. I reached out to their customer support team where I spoke back and fourth with Riccardo where they went above and beyond to source me a replacement console and ensured my satisfaction. I will certainly be returning if I ever need any other retro products.

Sick of waiting for replies through…

Sick of waiting for replies through email. Dont say on your website that your here to assist with any help when you don’t even reply to emails. Was keen on a few consoles but got no reply about the quality and photos so went else where and will be telling other people to do so aswell.

Super retro Southland (store)

When I arrived to super retro Southland I was greeted and I was needing help with my ps2 and the staff helped me and recommended what I should do. They also were nice.

Some of the worst customer service...seriously

Sent a group of PS2 discs away to be resurfaced. It's now been a month with no information - I've emailed twice AND started a chat on their website (in which I waited hours for a response) with no answers at all. This is actually the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and at this point I'm just hoping I get my stuff and hopefully money back.

Purchases a copy of Point Blank for…

Purchases a copy of Point Blank for ps1. It cost $55 + $10 delivery. The case was broken and the spine of it was covered in actual animal faeces. I called the store and their numbers disconnected. Called their other store and they were speechless and did not know what to do, they asked me to try calling again tomorrow or visiting in person however I live in Melbourne. Paying a premium for games and not even cleaning them is absolutely foul.

would recommend for accessories :)

recieved my item within 3 days of ordering. i got a ps1 memory card, it was packaged nice and securely. it was a used product but i can't complain.
