I mean, it's alright

The servers are great and I even got a decent discount on it (Minecraft). The customer service is wonderful like they actually reply back very fast (obviously not during weekends). The only problem I ever really had is the cpu usage was going a bit crazy when only me and one friend was on the server as well as the file manager can be a bit annoying. I can probably just pay more for better performance but I'm too broke. Anyways, this is a pretty trustworthy hosting service. I might eventually try it again in the future and maybe they already expanded across many regions. Thanks ServerPrism! And most importantly, Fredrick Housenbacher, the sales guy who's currently helping me with my refund.
