The panel felt straightforward

The simple server panel was a nice detail: I could find the basics without digging around, and getting a server started felt straightforward. I’m not especially experienced with hosting, so that mattered. The service has been working well for what I need, and the price makes it easier to stick with.

Help that got me unstuck

The help getting my bot running was the detail that won me over. I was stuck at first, but support got me sorted on the first day, and it ran without trouble over the next few days. The price felt fair for what I needed. A genuinely USEFUL experience, without much fuss.

13 days since delivery of failed hardware

After ordering a dedicated server, I discovered that the onboard raid battery was dead from the moment it was delivered, causing extremely slow write speeds to the point of the server being unusable. It has now been 13 days since I opened a ticket without a single reply/resolution about the issue, other than that it been esclated the day the ticket was opened. I've had to go elsewhere given the complete lack of support for a hardware failure issue, when the server should not have been delivered in the first place. On top of that, the dedicated panel has been unavailable for nearly 7 days now, which is also something I mentioned in one of the tickets. Update 9/24: Both tickets remain unanswered, and nearly the full length of the service lapsed. I was forced to open a chargeback, which they did not respond to, thus was closed in my favor. Seems like there is nobody to answer support requests.

WASTE OF MONEY | SUPPORT DIDN'T HELP

After about a week of use, my Minecraft server WOULD NOT connect to their AI DASHBOARD. So what do I do? I opened a support ticket, and guess what they did: they CLOSED my ticket without DOING SHIT. Today was when I was meant to renew this shit, and I'm not doing it. I PAID FOR 1 MONTH NOT FOR 1 WEEK

Cheapest service that I’ve found to…

Cheapest service that I’ve found to host discord bots 24/7, at first I couldn’t get it to work but the support team helped me out on the first day and I got it running, so far it’s been going for a few days now without any crashes and working great. Make sure to buy the 2$ package the $1.50 gives you almost nothing
