Outstanding game servers and an impressive game panel featuring live views of in-game activity. I operate a turbo Rust server with approximately 180 mods installed, alongside a Valheim server. Both run flawlessly.

A panel I could use

The control panel has enough useful options that I don't feel stuck doing everything through a basic start button... I could get the server running without much fuss, and the management tools made checking things feel straightforward. When I did hit a snag, the replies were quick, which helped me get back to the game instead of poking around blindly. Nothing flashy in my setup, just a host that worked well and a panel I could actually use. That combination made the experience feel worth it.

The server hardware is okay

The server hardware is okay, but the technical support is horrible. They just dropped plugin files into the server and refused to help properly configure or execute the startup scripts. They didn't even bother to verify if the plugin was actually running or working properly. How do you expect a customer to stay with your service when you don't even make sure they can fully utilize and benefit from it? Zero effort to resolve execution conflicts. Definitely looking for another hosting provider.

Good support

I paid a server to show my friends what a physgun has to offer in terms of protection and options. Once I was done with that, I asked for a refund; the support was great and clear on their refund policy

Reliable Service

PhysGun has a solid backend for their game servers, but their VPS servers have weird problems here and there. However, whenever a technical issue arises, their support team is very responsive, so the issues are usually not a cross-day affair. Overall, it is a pretty good service for people who want to host a game server.
