A fair deal, really. The price was the main reason I tried this for a family game server, and it held up for me. A few technical hiccups came along, but support replied to my tickets and helped get them fixed. That balance made the cost feel worthwhile.

Operated by a petulant child that wouldn't take ownership of their own things. Actively attempted to damage our business in retaliation, up to and including making up falsehoods on a "review". Do not spend your money here.
Support is atrocious, I cannot use the web console as it doesnt connect, get told to do it in game and once again the rcon doesnt connect get your servers figured out
This service is pretty good for the price. I used them to host a family server for about two years. There were some technical problems, but they always responded quickly to my support tickets and fixed the issues I had. Overall, I'd recommend them for server hosting.
They're just awesome. good quality, good support, issues are quickly fixed. I had them rated with one star a few days after buying a host from them because i thought i had been scammed. I waited nearly24 hours for a reply then. But ever since, the staff replies withing 3 hours, 5 tops. I must also mention that their customer support is EXTREMELY patient and wiling to walk you through. low cost? Check No down time? Check Good customer Support? Check I totally reccomend them
Their customer support is very bad. No live support or 24/7 support. Took them 9 hours to respond 1 time. I get it, their out of Denmark but at the same time most of their servers are in the States or Canada. I got very open answers, and when I asked for an update on why my server wasn't working, they didn't send me anything for 4 Hours!! and this was during their "working times" which are... "Our normal working hours is 8-16 CEST" I messaged them back at 15:19, so 41minutes before they "close" which wasn't even 9am my time.. And they have yet to respond, 5 hours later... Not recommended for anybody in the States or anybody that may run into trouble with their server. It's a cheap price compared to some other places, but I guess what you pay for is what you get. Edit; at the end of their day, my server is still not up and working, because of some issue, and they haven't given me an estimated time or anything. It's just not okay.
