Ordered my son new grips for his…

Ordered my son new grips for his scooter from ScootHQ.com that he really liked. I noticed that they were not based in the US but in fact "across the pond!" This info did not deter my son so we ordered it. Here are a few things that I really loved about this experience: all of the order updates and when it shipped. Unfortunately I didn't receive a tracking number therefore, unable to track it on my own, nor knowing how long until it arrived. I emailed their customer service address listed on the website and expressed my concern. I got a follow up email from a representative the same day and another email with the tracking number and when I should be expecting it! So easy! I loved the quality of the grips my son ordered. Definitely worth the price and wait! Thank you, ScootHQ!!!
