Waiting on the launcher

Slow, stop-start downloading. The launcher ran far below the speed I usually get, then slowed to a crawl, so waiting around replaced actually playing. Even story mode seems tied to having the latest updates, which makes the whole setup feel like more hassle than it needs to be. Pretty FRUSTRATING.

My own fault but still

Ik this is my own fault but imma just say this anyway. 3 times now.i was voice banned not because i was being toxic. But because the system doesn't understand that my reaction is my way of laughing and enjoying the story people tell on the game what word did i say? The "R-slur" but never in a harmful manner. Never to make fun of people. Or to belittle someone. Instead i use it to call something "dumb" like "my dad got arrested for something he has no knowledge over" and i respond with "thats r****" and the game is like "oh he said the word. That means he is being offensive" no. I am not. We got so much AI in the world rn. And they dont have an AI that can recognize that this is a reaction. And not an inflicted attack. Man i help low rankera finish every single heist ever. And many people are thankful. And now rockstar is threatening my account for a permanent ban. Taking away 13 years of work? Just because i am enjoying a story someone is telling me? Oh please fix your shit.

Worst customer support experience ever!!!

0/5 — One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. We run a legitimate gaming center and have used Rockstar accounts for years, with thousands of legitimate logins every month. Suddenly, after only 2–3 logins from our network, Rockstar returns “Unable to handle your request”. We contacted support multiple times. Instead of investigating the actual authentication issue, our requests were immediately closed with the same generic copy-paste response telling us to check our internet connection. Our internet works perfectly. No VPN, no proxy, no unusual setup. We provided our public IP and explained that this is a gaming-center environment, yet nobody actually investigated the issue. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for games and services for years and then be treated like a generic connection problem by an automated support system that doesn't even attempt to understand the case. Absolutely unacceptable level of support.

Locked out again

Locked out again. Account recovery went nowhere once access to the old email was gone, even with proof of ownership. Replies pointed back to login steps that were impossible to use, so the issue never reached a real solution. Support felt like a loop rather than help.

Mieserable launcher

Der louncher ist mit abstand der schlester den uc hjemals benutzt hab. Wer auch immer sich ausgedacht hat gta V nur mit den neuesten updates spielbar zu machen auch wenn man nur denn story mode spielt. Aber das schlimmste daran ist es das der download speed so untergundtief schlecht ist. Ich downloade normalerweise mit 20mbps doch im rockstar gaymes launcher sind es normaleweise 1.2mbps. Oh und wenn du so denkst du kannst das über nacht machen dan nein, bei mir war der download 10 gb weiter gekommen und der download speed lag bei 32kbs. Nächstes mal bitte eine warnung vor instalation ausgeben.
