Top tier customer service!

I purchased a UV printed custom GBA SP shell. First, the product... I sent custom artwork that I had drawn, it was printed flawlessly, resolution was perfect, feels great. Came with all extra bits (buttons, screw drivers, sticker for the back, screen cover, etc). Decent quality on the actual shell too, much better that you'd get off some random on ebay. Secondly, the service... I am so happy with these guys. I purchased here because an Etsy seller I found first was having technical issues and I was on a time deadline so I couldn't wait (glad I didn't now). After making the purchase there wasn't an estimated delivery ETA that I could see so I dropped them an email after asking for a turn around time (I said it was for a birthday so just wanted to know in case it wouldn't be ready in time, didn't ask nor put them under pressure to get it out, didn't even tell them I needed it). They emailed back in mere minutes and explained their usual schedule but advised they were away the week it would normally be sent. Even with that delay I said that it might just come in time. Order was placed on a Thursday, was expecting to wait around 10 days at least. Got an email on the following Monday to say it was dispatched, just 1 full working day after order was placed. That Monday was when they said they would be away, so god bless them they appear to have fast tracked my order and I am very very grateful. Will 100% find an excuse to place future orders.

Atari 2600 CleanComp

Bought an Atari 2600 CleanComp to get S-Video output. Just received it, and it looks awesome! Excellent customer service when i had problems with my local postal service. It got sent back to UK, but they sent it once more without charge, and this time it arrived as it should! Great communication and no problems at all! I will soon order a few more. :) Big thanks for your help!

I couldn’t be happier!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Luke and RetroSix did on my son’s GameCube. My son is on the spectrum and has a real passion for retro gaming. He is also a bit of a purist, so emulators are avoided wherever possible and his GameCube means a lot to him. The console had developed an issue where the optical drive would only read discs after the system had been powered on and warmed up for about ten minutes, so I reached out to Luke for help. My son and I had both watched Luke doing repairs on social media before, so to my son, Luke was already a bit famous. That made the experience even more special. I sent the system from Canada to the UK for a full recap, HDMI mod, new battery, new shell, and some additional work. Shipping it that far was expensive and, on paper, probably a little silly, but I felt confident the console would be in good hands. I also asked if the work could be shown on stream, because I knew my son would absolutely love getting to see his own GameCube being repaired by someone he already admired. Luke and RetroSix went above and beyond. The work was excellent, the attention to detail was clear, and the experience meant far more to us than just getting a console repaired. Seeing his GameCube brought back to life on a YouTube stream made the whole thing incredibly special for my son, and I’m genuinely grateful. RetroSix did an amazing job. For anyone who cares deeply about their retro consoles and wants the work done properly, I can’t recommend Luke and RetroSix highly enough.

Modded Gamecube

I ordered a ready made gamecube console, loaded with games on an sd card. Luke has been fabulous and very attentive. I had a couple issues along the way with the gamecube shell and sd card, which were both sorted, fairly quickly. When sending the sd card back, I recieved a video to show me the product working properly and it was posted back promptly. Amazing service and so happy with my modded console. Look forward to use it and will certainly be back in the future for more.
