Setup went smoothly

Server setup went smoothly and the game stayed responsive when our group was playing. Server ordered. got the information that the server would be installed in a few minutes. that was already 2 days ago. No response to my support tickets. Definitely not recommended!

They let my domain expire

They let my domain expire even tho I had paid the amount for renewal, and had received confirmation of such. When I tried to contact them 2 weeks ago, they've not said a single thing yet, and have kept ignoring me. And now that domain is on auction against my will.

Use other providers! Horrendous Support, be Careful when cancelling

Customer Service response times are very bad. Usual response times range from 12 hours to 24 hours, regardless of time-of-day or Issue severity. Even when you do get a response, it's probably not helpful and you need to argue a lot to get anywhere. After a year of being their costumer we tried cancelling the service to a particular date. However our service was cancelled 3 weeks to early. They then tried to deny us a refund, saying that they were not the ones responsible (despite us paying them). They also refused to allow me to get in touch with the people who are allegedly responsible. I somehow manged to talk them into getting compensated for lost time after a VERY heated argument with their CEO's, during which one person even provided statements, which somewhat conflicted with themselves. They however refuse to compensate us for our loss of data, due to them cancelling us early (we had planned to get all the data in the last half-week of service). I even got this message during my argument with their CEO's: "I am not entertaining this anymore, what has happened has happened." Absolutely STAY AWAY from this company. There are other companies that offer the same services at similar specifications for less money with incredible support (especially for dedicated servers and VPS).

Avoid this host at all costs

Avoid this host at all costs Our server which we paid 60 dollars per month for went down 3 days into the billing period. We opened tickets we asked in discord and recieved NO HELP We had to track down the people who owned the physical machine to get our stuff back Then they said they would give a refund 2 months ago and now they are not replying in my ticket These are kids with no business running a company Do not use

I have just bought my server and I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone about it saying “server pending” and not received any instructions on how to get it running also it says game panel is unreachable so i can’t even log into that to reach my server panel. This is a scam.

The server did not work for two weeks and they are trying to scam me for more money

The server did not work for two weeks. I contacted support multiple times, but they did nothing. A day after it was fixed, the issue happened again. Poor support and very bad servers. Edit: I asked for refund, they told me they can do it after a day I got mail saying my paypal isn't connected, after that I got charged for the server after they said they don't have my paypal, and when I asked for refund they decided they don't want to refund any of these purchase
