Paid for a server over 2 hours ago, and it’s still stuck on pending despite the money being taken from my account. I’ve tried contacting support through multiple channels and haven’t received a single response. Terrible first impression. If you take someone’s money, the least you can do is provide the service or respond to their concerns. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience so far.
