I bought some Fifa 17 coins of this website. First off, i waited a week or something, so i contacted them and said i never recieved my coins. Second they were switching between two languages, so i had to go on google translate to understand it. Third, When i listed my players they kept saying i should list new players, and i did. When i listed new players several times, the suddenly started saying i should do a comfort trade (You give them account details) So we did, And i still never got my coins. At least they didnt just take my account!.
Didn't recieve my order in time, Contacted them and they said they "didn't get my money untill now", Said okay and waited some more for my item, Nothing, Contacted them, 3 mails with no answer, after 3 days i Contacted paypal for a refund, and mailed them, then he said my paypal dispute was closed (it was open) and sent me the item anyway. Paypal confirmed that the money was delivered just some minutes after i placed the order. Really bad support, Doesn't seem to find a good suluiton and make their customer feel safe and secure.. I didn't even get an excuse why it took so long.

Great service for the first purchase. For the second purchase (after already paying) they emailed me asking for my Photo ID and Passport Information. Which after 20+ emails, I stated that giving such Information Involves Security Risk. After refusing they told me they cannot give me my Item or a refund (which Isn't their fault since they use Skrill and Skrill doesn't normally do refunds). I mean I recommend them because they (for the most part) are reliable but don't make any purchases over 5$ or there's a chance you wont get your item's or money back.
I used randyrun for various path of exile purchases, when I started playing the game again after a long break. I did experience varying delay's between the time ordered and delivery although it was never over 24hours. For each item they do state the range of how long delivery will take. Ideally its around 2-4 hours although you don't need to be at the computer round the clock as they email you when the items are ready. All I had to do was reply back that I was online and within mins I would have my items delivered. I couldn't recommend them more for path of exile items.
