Really upsetting: the gold arrived, then my game account was banned soon after. Support felt dismissive, and the refund I was offered covered only part of what I paid. That left me feeling burned; I expected less hassle, and I wouldn't risk ordering again.
A long wait, with no clear end. The delivery estimate kept slipping past what I had been told, and checking live chat only brought another vague update. I still had nothing in hand, while the answer changed from a short delay to being told they would email when there was news. That uncertainty was the worst part; I couldn't tell whether the order was actually moving or just being put off again. I expected a straightforward purchase, not hours of chasing for an honest status from support.
I was promised quick delivery, but my order remained pending for far too long. Support kept changing the expected time instead of giving me a clear answer, which made the experience very frustrating.
15-30 minutes delivery time? 27+ hours and counting now with no hope. The first couple times using their Live Chat, it was "just a couple more hours". Since those chats, it's just been "we'll let you know by email". Selling without any stock is just poor service.

Made quite a lot of gil orders in the past year and it always was fast amd without any hassle, same as their sister website ssegold. No issue with bans either
Took my money and never gave me gold. Had to contact paypal for a refund and call it fraud.
Horrible company, ordered a few thousand on Classic BC, i was banned within a few hours of recieving the gold, customer service is rude as hell and dont even give a danb, they also take a week to refund you and its only 50 % refund even though it states on the main page you can request a full refund at any time, absolutely horrible experience, have been through other companys multiple times and never had an issue, do yourself a favor and go through a more respectable / reliable company, or you will regret it :)
So I started using g4mmo a long time ago, back in early classic they were great the delivery times were on point and I hardly ever had to contact support to rush things along. However I've been a returning customer of theirs for a good while and made many orders but as of late everytime I've asked about their stock/delivery times I get a 2-3 hours delivery that haven't been hold up at all. When confronted you get a smiley face and a automated reply at the end I told them this will be my last order and I actually took the time to rate them as worse than worse. If you wanna get your gold in time when needed DONT use g4mmo. Heres the chatlog of me and one of their support agents of my latest order you have been WARNED! Support Agent: Hi we are still working on it Support Agent: Don't worry Me: Hey there so was just gonna check if you can ask your supplier to finish my order now, the last 3 orders I've made and I've been a regular customer of yours has been delayed Support Agent: :) 19:33 Me: I'm not worried but when you have 12k in stock as mentioned before I made the order it should be done within minutes, whats that :) about? I'm a paying customer that supports this website over and over again but the last few orders I've made all have been delayed and reading up on reviews lately you are not getting great ones out there but I still come back everytime Support Agent: I have rushed the supplier Good! But why are we given a 2-3hours delivery promise that never holds up these days rather than being honest and say yes it might take 8 hours or 1 day instead of bluntly lying to customers specially those who have supported you for years have a look at my order history and you'll see, but yea thanks for rushing it along cause I need the gold asap 19:37 Support Agent: Thank you for your patience and understanding. I went to their livechat and asked how long it would take to deliver x amount (small amount). They said it would take 5 - 6 hours and then I placed my order... Worst mistake ever! I have been on livechat every day since and been dragged around like a fool for 5 days now. Every day the same copy/paste reply "Sorry sir, we need another 4 - 5 hours to deliver". If you can't deliver why jerk your costumers around like that??? I know why... It's because if they told the truth they would go bankrupt in a heartbeat. Lying to their costumers is the only way to lure costumers into paying and not delivering as promissed. I still have not gotten my entire order yet!!! They keep saying "Sorry sir, we can refund" well knowing it would take weeks before the money get back into the costumers account. From what I've gathered this is a daughter company of SSEGold so they might be shady too. This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had online!
