Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were happy with their overall experience, though some reported serious problems. Many praise the speed and helpfulness of the service, and some describe buying or selling in-game gold as straightforward and dependable. A few reviewers also say the prices are good and that staff explain the process clearly....
However, some customers report long waits for orders or payouts, and several recent reviewers say purchased top-ups never arrived. A few also describe difficulty getting help or a resolution when an order was delayed.

A little torn after this purchase. The prices looked appealing, and the page seemed trustworthy, but waiting for the order took some of the shine off it. I liked the value; I just wish the process had felt less slow. Decent overall, with room to improve.
The top-up still hadn't arrived when I checked, and the wait left me uneasy. The prices looked good, but delivery needs to be more dependable.
Mixed feelings - the price looked good, but the order took longer than expected. Waiting that long made the purchase harder to plan, even though the service itself seemed dependable. A clearer delivery estimate and faster fulfilment would make a big difference next time because the delay was the main frustration.
