A useful workaround

Such a relief to have another way to get PSN credit when local payment options don't work. The code came by email without a fuss.

Refund came through

Refund came through within minutes after I couldn't finish verification, which was a relief. Still, having to complete that step to get the card made the purchase more trouble than I expected.

Ordered a $50 card

Ordered a $50 card. They emailed to say nothing would be sent until I uploaded a photo of myself holding my government ID. I refused and cancelled at 02:50 UTC. Their system confirmed receipt at 02:50:22. They sent the code anyway at 02:55, without the verification they had just called mandatory, and at 02:56 refused a refund because I had “already received” it. The code is unredeemed and I have told them in writing they can void it, so refunding costs them nothing. Three replies from support restated the same script and two escalation requests were ignored. Note their cards are US region only, which is worth knowing given they market internationally.

PSN Card Delivery COMPLETE FAIL

No customer service what so ever!I tried to order twice following thier requirements to the letter,with no luck and absolutely no way to find out what went wrong.Theee are too many online gift card companies out there to even think of using this 'business!'

I was unable to complete the account…

I was unable to complete the account verification process, which was required to receive the gift card. Since I no longer needed the gift card, I requested a refund. I appreciate that the refund was processed within a few minutes.
