Some files feel risky

Malware risk with some mods. That makes downloading here feel like a gamble.

Worst site ever

Worst site ever, they discriminate against me and my mods and banned, with their Liberal Agenda, this site has a lot of spams and I think these site should be shutdown.

A deep catalog

Honestly, the sheer range is what keeps me browsing: there's user-made material for so many different games, not just one big release or a single kind of mod. It also gives smaller and older projects room to be found, which I appreciate more than a polished, endlessly updated look. The site can seem dated, but I don't mind that when the catalog has this much variety. It's a useful stop when I want to see what people have built around a game. There's always another project to browse.

Mods that worked

Found several mods that worked as expected, and the active comments made picking the next one easier.

Ordered 2 pair of men's trousers and took 2 weeks to arrive. Material quality questionable. Ordered 2 separate colours and received 2 same colours I would rather go naked than buy any of their products. Very poor Chinese quality and I'm Chinese

Lots of fake mods with malware inside or simply huge dummy files without working content, uploadet by some russian hackers in corona crisis 2022. I don´t trust them!

An interesting website dedicated to modding

An interesting website dedicated to modding. Not as popular as nexusmods, but way better in terms of freedom and management. Beware though, you can get your account banned right after creating it by the bots thinking you are a spammer!

No Longer Fun

Thanks ModDB.com for deleting honest comments that don't walk on eggshells. Thanks ModDB.com for making registering an account a privacy nightmare. Thanks ModDB.com for making it harder to reset my password. And thanks CloudFlare for preventing my access to ModDB.com. Just another website that goes to the dogs. Who knows if Amnesia custom story creators find an alternative to ModDB.com?
